Crain, Georgopulos and Associates, Inc. has over thirty years of experience in collection and money management. Our collectors follow FDCPA guidelines to ensure professionalism.

Telephone contact is made on each account within 48 hours of the time the account or claim is received. A telephone follow-up with each debtor is employed until the file is collected or referred to an attorney upon the clients request. After the 30 day "validation period" required by law, each "collection account", unless instructed otherwise by the client, is then reported to the credit bureau each and every month for a duration of 7 years.
